We were fortunate to have a long summer this year, with blue skies and warm sunshine lasting well into October. But now the leaves are falling, rain is in the air, and winter is on the way! It’s officially fall in the Pacific Northwest.

Taste the season with a creamy, natural cheesecake drizzled in decadent, gooey caramel and topped with fresh apples.  Best served with a hot cup of apple cider, and a side of good friends.
