Chuckanut Bay Foods grew out of what was originally Chuckanut Cheesecake, the home of renowned gourmet cheesecakes since 1992. We hold to a philosophy of producing unparalleled flavor and uncompromising quality in our made-from-scratch cheesecakes and other desserts.
We are a locally-operated boutique bakery nestled in the stunning natural setting of the northwest corner of Washington. At Chuckanut Bay Foods in Blaine, a skilled team of bakers creates each gourmet cheesecake with TLC and detailed attention to stringent quality controls.
At Chuckanut Bay Foods we focus on using high quality ingredients, real butter and cream cheese, and delicious fruit. We avoid using preservatives and additives.
Our well-trained, experienced bakers start from scratch and proudly make each selection from bowl to mixer to oven rack. Our cheesecakes are neither highly-processed nor manufactured. Though this is a more expensive means of producing cheesecake, we feel the taste and appearance of our products are worth the cost.
